Important info before booking a pitch

Please note that bookings must be paid for within 120 minutes. If this period is exceeded, a new booking is required, as your selected pitch will be released again. The auto-generated confirmation you received directly after booking will also expire.

Our booking system charges 2 kwh of electricity credit per adult per night (3 kWh for bookings after the 5th of July 2026). In case the usage is less than that, the remaining electricity credit get refunded automatically (in case of online booking). In case the usage is higher, you will get a notification to recharge your credit when it reaches CHF 2,-. In case all credit is used up, the system will automatically cut power.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 5 % of the booking
- 14 to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 25 % of the booking
- 7 to 4 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the booking
- 3 to 1 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 75 % of the booking
- On the day of arrival or in case of no-show we charge 100% of the booking
