Important info before booking a pitch
- To make a reservation, it is necessary to register first. The account created in this way enables quick bookings at all campsites that work with Direst camping software.
- Please note that bookings must be paid for within 120 minutes. If this period is exceeded, a new booking is required, as your selected pitch will be released again. The auto-generated confirmation you received directly after booking will also expire.
- After confirming the reservation, two invoices will be sent. One is for the camping itself, and one for an electricity use credit of CHF 2,- per adult per day. ANY CREDIT THAT IS NOT USED GETS REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY AFTER YOU CHECK OUT.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 28 days before arrival: free of charge
- 28 to 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 5 % of the booking
- 14 to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 25 % of the booking
- 7 to 4 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the booking
- 3 to 1 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 75 % of the booking
- On the day of arrival or in case of no-show we charge 100% of the booking
